Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia (PPI) Enschede

The Constitution Rules

PREAMBLE

By the grace of God, on Saturday, 12 December 1998, Indonesian students in Enschede have agreed to found the Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia (PPI) Enschede with the aim to develop the potential of its member and to hold the goodwill.

Article 1 Name, Character, and Type of the Organization

  1. Name: Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia Enschede (PPI Enschede)
  2. Character: social – culture – knowledge
  3. Type: student association

Article 2 The basis and the aim of the organization

  1. PPI Enschede is based on Pancasila (the five pillars of Indonesia’s constitution)
  2. The aim of PPI Enschede:

    3. a. To hold internal and external goodwill
    b. To develop the potential of its member.

Article 3 Membership

  1. Members of PPI Enschede consist of ordinary and extraordinary members.
  2. The membership rules are arranged in the Domestic Rules.
  3. The rights and duties of the members are arranged in the Domestic Rules.

Article 4 The structure of the organization

  1. The structure of PPI Enschede consists of the General Meeting of its members and the Board.
  2. The General Meeting of its members holds the highest authorization in the organization.
  3. The rules and the arrangement of the General Meeting and the structure of the board are arranged in the Domestic Rules.

Article 5 The symbol of the organization

The symbol of PPI Enschede is decided in the General Meeting of its members.

Article 6 Finance and Inventory

  1. Finance and inventory are managed by the board.
  2. The arrangement of finance and inventory are arranged in the Domestic Rules.

Article 7 The amendment of the Constitution Rules or the Domestic Rules

  1. The amendment of the Constitution Rules or the Domestic Rules is conducted in the General Meeting of the members of PPI Enschede that is specifically held for this aim.
  2. The rules and the arrangement of the General Meeting in verse 1 are arranged in the Domestic Rules.

Article 8 The abrogation of the organization

  1. The abrogation of PPI Enschede is decided in the extraordinary General Meeting of its member that is specifically held for this aim.
  2. The extraordinary General Meeting in verse 1 is proposed by at least a third of ordinary members and attended by at least two-third of ordinary members.
  3. The decision of the abrogation of PPI Enschede in the extraordinary General Meeting in verse 1 is aggred by at least two-third of the attending ordinary members.

Article 9 Closure

  1. This Constitution Rules are formulated and decided by the General Meeting of the members of PPI Enschede in 19 July 2002 in Enschede.
  2. The other items that are not arranged in the Constitution Rules will be arranged in the Domestic Rules.
