Enschede has almost no difference with overall weather in The Netherlands. When the wind comes from west or north-west, there will be raining. When it comes from east or north-east, there will be dry. Yes, its popular with the wind. It will be worse if the rain comes with the wind. Time Zone

The time zone in The Netherlands is Central European Time (CET). The difference with the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is +1 hour. However, in the summer there is Daylight Saving Time so that the difference is +2 hour (Central European Summer Time/CEST). The time changes regularly on the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October.
