Bagi orang Indonesia, kerinduan menyantap hidangan asalnya menjadi suatu hal yang tak bisa dipungkiri. Masakan-masakan Indonesia yang beraneka ragam biasanya sulit ditemui di negeri Belanda. Tahun ini, PPIE kembali mengadakan kegiatan Tongseng Party yang sedianya diadakan pada akhir tahun 2008 lalu.

The Indonesian Student Association Enschede (PPIE) held their opening ceremony at the Bastille building on 11 October 2008. Students from the UT, Hogeschool Saxion and ITC came together to celebrate the beginning of this new international student association.
